We want to provide an update on a technical issue, external to our system, currently impacting landline phones at Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) schools and the Education Centre. Our phones are unable to make or receive phone calls, due to an issue a service provider has encountered.

WRDSB Information Technology Services are aware of the issue, and are working with the vendor to find a solution. At this time, there is no estimated time to resolve the issue. Please be assured that we are working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.

Contacting Schools

If you need to contact your school in the meantime and you are unable to speak with an individual by phone, it is recommended that you use the email address available for each school which can be found at the bottom of their website.

We will provide updates as soon as we have any new information.
